End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement governs your use of CHAMP, the Cooperative Housing Admin & Member Portal, provided by Grand Rapids Alliance of Cooperative Communities ("GRACC"). By accessing or using CHAMP, you agree to this agreement.

License and permitted use

GRACC grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CHAMP for cooperative membership, applicant, contribution, financial, survey, document, and administrative activities approved by GRACC.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information, use CHAMP only for authorized purposes, and promptly notify GRACC if you suspect unauthorized access.

Prohibited use

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, misuse another person's information, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law, or use CHAMP for unlawful purposes.

Data and third-party services

CHAMP stores information needed to operate the member portal. Authorized integrations, including QuickBooks Online, Plaid, and Slack, may exchange data with third-party services according to the permissions granted by GRACC and the applicable third-party terms. GRACC does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability or independent practices.

Availability and changes

CHAMP is provided on an "as available" basis. GRACC may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features and may revise this agreement when operational or legal needs change.

Termination

Your access may be suspended or terminated when you are no longer authorized to use CHAMP, including when membership ends, or when this agreement or GRACC policies are violated.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, CHAMP is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. GRACC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use CHAMP.
